BUSINESS NETWORKING AREAS – Our Business Networking areas allow you to reach out directly to all Festivalgoers! VISIONARY & SUSTAINER sponsors receive a 10×10 space at the festival (limited).
GUIDELINES:
1) Electricity is not provided;
2) Sponsors must supply their own tents, tables, and chairs;
3) Displays must be non-political and non-religious in nature.
PAYMENT OPTIONS :
1) Download and fill out the EVENT SPONSORSHIP FORM. Return by mail on in person with checks payable to Harrisonburg International Festival to: 590 Neff Ave. Ste. 3000, Harrisonburg VA 22801.
2) Sign up and pay securely online via the link below.
NOTE: When filling out the form to pay online, in the DONATION AMOUNT block, enter the amount that corresponds the sponsorship level you desire. In the FUND block click “Civic Engagement.” In the ADDITIONAL COMMENTS block, please enter the words “International Festival Sponsorship” and confirm the desired sponsorship level ($1500, $1000, $500. $250).
DEADLINES:
To be included on printed festival materials, sponsorships must be paid and hi-resolution logos provided via email by July 15, 2022 internationalfestival@fairfieldcenter.org.
To be included on digital materials, sponsorships must be paid and logo provided by September 14, 2022.
